Bloomberg’s Leaders for the Future Middle East

Dr. Paolo Petrocelli took part in the first Middle East edition of Leaders for the Future by Bloomberg, an international platform gathering visionary figures from across the globe to explore the forces shaping tomorrow’s world.

During the event, held in the UAE, Dr. Petrocelli joined Manuel Rabaté, Director of the Louvre Abu Dhabi, for a conversation on the transformative role of culture and creativity in defining the region’s future. The discussion, moderated by Joumanna Bercetche, highlighted how the arts serve as catalysts for dialogue, innovation, and identity-building in rapidly evolving societies.“Culture has the power to define the future of nations — not only through what we build, but through what we believe in,” said Dr. Petrocelli.

The Leaders for the Future initiative underscores the growing recognition of the cultural and creative sectors as fundamental drivers of sustainable development and societal progress in the Middle East and beyond.
